Michael P. Kearns was sworn in as the Erie County Clerk on December 5, 2017. A life-long resident of South Buffalo, Michael “Mickey” Kearns graduated from Bishop Timon High School. He earned an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Erie Community College and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Canisius College.
